Nestled away at the foot of the South Downs, in the quaint village of Edburton, our shop is a treasure trove of delights. Don't let the name Springs Smoked Salmon limit your expectations. Springs is not just about Salmon, or fish, for that matter!

There is, of course, almost every type of fish you could ever want. Salmon, Gravadlax, Mackerel, Tuna, Eels, Halibut, Haddock, Marlin, Dover Sole, King Prawns, Lobsters, Shrimps, the list is endless....

However, Smoked Chicken, Duck, Guinea Fowl, Quiches, Pies, Cheese, Eggs, Smoked Garlic, Soups, Sauces to name just a few, are also available.

Those with a sweet tooth are not forgotten either. We have a wide range of delicious desserts, including, Chocolate Junkyard, Strawberry Clotted Cream Torte, Rum & Black Cherry Roulade, Raspberry Crème Brulee, Apple Trellis & Lemon Swirl Cheesecake all waiting to tempt your tastebuds.
