Everytime you shop online with Springsmokedsalmon.co.uk we want you to buy with confidence. There are times, we know that you may want return an item to us.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods:
In accordance with our Terms and Conditions of sales you agree to inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 working days of delivery if the items you purchased are damaged or do not comply with any of the Terms and Conditions of sale. You can email this information to info@springsmokedsalmon.co.uk.

If we do not hear from you; then it is deemed that you are accepting the goods as sold.

If you need to claim for defect or damage of goods then they need to be returned in the same packaging to our address:

In light of the goods being damaged or faulty then we will recover to you a replacement item and the cost of returning the goods to us.

All we ask is that you pack the item securely using the our packaging and any further packaging you see fit to do so along with a note of your reason for return.

We recommend that you use Royal Mails recorded delivery service to return any goods to us.

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products.

If you wish to receive a refund, please inform us writing to the address specified above or by email at info@moodfoodcompany.co.ukThis e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it within 7 working days of receipt of the Goods.

Goods must be returned by the Buyer and should be returned using the original packaging. The Buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the Goods within 30 days of cancellation (excluding delivery charges) and will be responsible for return postal charges. However, if the Buyer fails to return the Goods following cancellation, the Seller shall be entitled to deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

In such circumstances the Buyer must (until the Seller has recovered the goods) take care of the goods at their expense and make them immediately available for collection.

Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from the Seller on the package. Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer's fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.

However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for items that have been opened. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete products, which are unused and in an "as new" condition.

For your protection, where you are returning an item to us, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.

If we do not receive the item back from you, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost. Please also note that you will be responsible for the costs of collection in the event that our specialist courier service collect a large item from you to return to us.

As soon as we receive the returned goods, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item.
